The villa was perfect for 8 people - plenty of room inside and out. The pool was lovely - good size and temperature. Villa was well equipped, very clean and nicely decorated. Good TV in the living room.

This villa is very big and provides a comfortable space for a large family or two families sharing. 4 x double rooms, plus a small room with a cot. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Villa was clean and well furnished. Villa situated roughly halfway between Calis beach area and Fethiye old town. With hindsight, we should have picked a villa closer to one or the other, because the walk to these main areas took a good 40-45 minutes and in the heat that is not ideal! We did discover e-scooters, which were great to use along the promenade to cover most of the distance.

The outside furniture had not been cleaned - glass topped tables were dirty. The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and rocked every time one of us moved slightly in bed. I ended up having to share the twin bedroom with one of our children. There were no essentials available in the kitchen, such as cooking oil, coffee, oven gloves or tea towels. Considering we arrived late in the evening, it would have been a nice touch for the owner to have left us some drinking water. We were under the impression the owner would meet us on check-in, our flight was delayed, I let the owner know and we arrived at the villa 30 minutes later than we’d originally estimated - I was told that she was elsewhere and we were to let ourselves in. We never actually met the owner for the duration of our stay. Her husband came to the villa to do pool maintenance late one night (around 11:30pm / midnight).

The location was perfect for us. In the middle and walkable to both Calis and Fetiyhe old town, with a local mini market and shop at the end of the road. The property itself is perfect for families or larger groups. the outdoor space is fantastic, and the owner was good enough to let us extend our check out time.

If i had to find any fault, and I'm being picky here to give a balanced review, the internet wasn't great. It was good enough for general browsing but not really good enough for any UK streaming. And there was a plastic Tupperware-type food container left in the cupboard that still had food remains in it.
