Very furnished, very kind host and neighbour. Very gorgeous flat.
The water pressure of the shower could’ve been stronger.

We had a very nice stay at Gianfranco’s rental who is a great host.
We were the first to rent the apartment just renovated.
It offers the space needed for a family.
It is fully equipped and well decorated, and the few things missing were provided by Gianfranco.
The location is perfect: just in front of the Tram station that brings you to the city center in ca. 10 mns.
There are 2 supermakets and a few restaurants within less than 10 mn walk.
It’s an old-style building with lots of character. So, with the downsides linked to this type of buildings: you could hear the street sounds and the ones inside the building.

Everything!
Location is perfect!
Apartment is superb! Beds, shower, kitchen everything is well maintained and equipped for a great stay.
Host even provided toasts, jam, spread and some awesome biscuits as a breakfast which my kids loved a lot!
They were more interested in staying in the apartment then visiting Florence :)
The only thing it does not have is parking but I managed to find street parking which was cheap so I am happy with that too.
