The price, including breakfast, is very reasonable.
front desk and breakfast on duty staffs are friendly.
The hotel is situated in a small alley, but it was still convenient as Grab drivers could easily access the location and pick up passengers from the main roadside.
We booked three triple rooms, and two of them were upgraded free of charge to quadruple rooms. The air conditioning in those rooms was cold, and the bathrooms were spacious and well-maintained.
Unfortunately, the triple room on the fifth floor was less satisfactory. The air conditioning was not cold, the bathroom was quite small, and there was very limited space. I even had to step aside to allow the bathroom door to open fully.

Breakfast was delicious. On top of the buffet, there was a menu with different options. Staff were helpful and nice. Locations is great since it's 15 minutes away from the main attractions.
We got a triple room with a single bed and a queen bed for 3 people but the room was pretty small to fit all our luggage and personal items.

The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The hotel was situated in a laneway which was away from the crowds and there was always yummy food down the laneway.
It was extremely loud, not from external noise but from the people staying. We couldn’t sleep the first 2 nights and left the 3rd night to another hotel. The constant slamming of doors and loud travellers arriving back at all hours of the night made sleeping very difficult.
