Great location- close to the tram & very safe feeling
Melbourne is a bit chilly & there was only heating in one room

The location is very good. It's close to the city centre but also very quiet at night so we all had some good sleep.
The manager was so thoughtful and provided almost everything that we need here, even umbrella and sunscreen.
Instruction was so detailed that you cannot possibly miss anything.
Many thanks to Amanda the manager for providing such a great experience for me and my family.
