Everything about this property, including the staff has been the best experience in Morocco, by far. Aziz is beyond exceptional, he put the bar so high that my experiences elsewhere in the future have been disappointing. I truly miss him. He was very welcoming and kind. Attentive to any of our minuscule needs. The dinners were the best food we had in Fez. We still think about their dishes while In another Riad! Their staff, a young lady, Nada and two young boys (one was named Shoueib but i forgot the others name unfortunately, i just know he wore gray Jordan 1s and had black curly hair) were always checking up our itinerary and improving on it. They made sure to deliver us to our designated meeting stop for our bus after checkout. They even delivered dinner to the rooftop which is quite the hassle to get to to with multiple plates.

Just an annoying cat that hangs around the property that we named little satan. He is spoiled and quite the rascal. He bullies other cats on the rooftop and will get on your lap to smell the plate!

The staff were exceptional. Sara, Aziz and Yousef were incredibly kind and helpful. Unfortunately we got sick in Fez but they were so kind and caring and went out of their way to look after us. The riad is a peaceful sanctuary and the breakfast was delicious.

Nothing bad to say

Struttura molto accogliente, posizione ideale per visitare la città, colazione ottime e personale molto gentile e disponibile

Ottima posizione e staff cortese

La stanza aveva un cattivo odore e l’igiene non era perfetta. Solo un asciugamano fornito molto usurato e c’era qualche capello non nostro in giro.
