Clean, great location, great views from the balcony and the upper terrace overlooking the ocean.

Location was perfect for the old town and the beach.
Fantastic terrace.
The 2 flights of stairs, very step. Ok for us but wouldn't be if you had mobility issues.

The best location to stay in menton! You won't find a better spot, directly opposite the beach, in the centre of town and a 2min walk to the main shopping strip. Beach chairs and umbrella supplied by the owner to use during your stay was very handy.

We had a fantastic stay at Pascals lovely apartment. Modern, clean, and really well equipped.
Location was perfect! Across the road from the beach and in the heart of Menton, the old town is absolutely beautiful. Great restaurants & bars on your doorstep.
Merci Pascal 😎
