The property management - the staff were really responsive and supportive. They addressed our enquiries promptly and effectively.
The cleanliness in the kitchen. But the property management addressed this issue quickly and effectively.

The flat was very spacious and tidy, the beds were comfortable, all kitchen appliances available. The climate control worked perfect as we happened to have the coldest May weather unfortunately. Nice rain shower head. The host team was very friendly and answered any questions straight away. We liked the area as well, just 5 minutes from the Leas Hall, beautiful sea views from there.

Great location. Spacious, comfortable apartment in very good condition. Quiet.
It’s no huge deal, but the kitchen was missing common utensils like a bread knife and oven gloves. Heating worked, but was fiddly to control correctly.

Die Lage war gut, nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zur Promenade oder ins Zentrum.
Beim ersten Betreten der Wohnung fällt gleich der ungepflegte Eingangsbereich auf, auch war uns nicht klar, dass die Wohnung im Souterrain liegt, was zur Folge hat, dass z.B. Wäsche schlecht trocknet (aber es gibt einen Waschtrockner) und man kann bemerkt, wenn draußen die Sonne scheint.
In der Küche haben wir erstmal Tassen, Teller und Besteck in die Spülmaschine getan, weil es nicht sehr sauber war.
Außerdem hört man die Musik aus der Wohnung darüber sehr deutlich.
