Property was spacious, enjoyed how modern and minimalistic the apartment is.
My husband really liked the spiral stair case.
The door handle had us a bit worried because of the way it locks, I would recommend getting a normal door handle with a lock so that it feels more safe and secure. The shower door did not close as well and the railing in the bathroom was loose including no hand-wash.
There are barely cutlery and kitchen ware to use, there are no kitchen scissors as-well. Kitchen sink had a weird smell. Unfortunately there were no cloths to wipe down when tidying up.
There were small roaches as-well, I would recommend getting pest control to sort that out as it crawls into the coffee maker which we did not end up using.

Centrally located
The couch and scatter were visibly dirty. And they had an issue with cockroaches in the kitchen.
