Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain

The staff are really helpful, including receptionists, canteen staff, and room service. My special thanks to the staff 小倩. She picked up at the train station at night. We really appreciate her. The location of the hotel perfect, it is close to tianmen mountain, and our room window is facing the hole of the mountain. Isn’t that amazing?! The views are so fantastic. It is also close to the train station zhangjiajie west, from Where you can take train to Furong town and Feng huang ancient town. WiFi is perfect too, and I can work at hotel. Breakfast is nice and I like Hunan noodles there. There is a big swimming pool and gym center.

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione, molto comoda arrivando dall'aeroporto. Il servizio di trasporto gratuito ci è stato molto utile, soprattutto grazie al supporto di Selina. Molto buona anche la colazione.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain and would definitely recommend this hotel! The hotel is beautifully renovated, very comfortable and well located, with an amazing view of Tianmen Mountain and Heaven’s Gate just behind the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, rich and varied, with plenty of choices every morning. A very important advantage for us was the transportation to and from Zhangjiajie West Railway Station. Whenever we needed it, a car was arranged for us, which made our stay and our trips so much easier and more comfortable. A very special thank you to Selena, who was absolutely wonderful! ❤️ She helped us throughout our stay with transportation arrangements and every request we had, always with kindness, patience and genuine care. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was well organized for us. Selena, thank you for making our stay even more special! People like you make guests remember not only the hotel, but also the warmth and hospitality they experienced there. Wonderful hotel, excellent breakfast, beautiful views and exceptional service. 10/10 from us! ❤️🙏

The swimming pool was also a nice facility and we enjoyed having it available during our stay. However, we felt that the pool area could benefit from some renovation and updating to bring it up to the same standard as the beautifully renovated hotel. This is only a small suggestion for improvement and did not affect our overall wonderful experience.

Location. Room.

Staff was very unqualified to deal with international travellers. Not acceptable to have such poor level of English in a Hilton hotel. And such a poor level of proactiveness to support guests (coming from an other Hilton in same city where everything was perfect in that respect).
