The rooms were great size and very accommodating. New towels were placed for use, the game area was fun for the children, and directly across from the horses.
The backyard was not cleaned for use; the grass was high, there was bird droppings in the trampoline and playground, pollen all over to include the egg couches.

Lots to do, very big spaces
The gym was unusable, mattresses in there, broken equipment, the garden front and back was full of rubbish ( corona bottles, kids socks, smashed glass and outside furniture very dirty)
The property itself needs some love and a good clean, the ice machine was very dirty so couldn’t use, the air fryer was very dirty so couldn’t use, pits and pans were very dirty.
The games were a good offer in theory however the pool table was wonky and ripped, the ping pong was completely unusable as it was ripped and the balls were squashed.
