I loved that I didn’t have to walk far to put a line in the water.
The only thing I didn’t like was the fact I had to leave.

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was perfect for us. We grilled steaks and hamburgers, made smores in the fire pit, fished from the paddle boats, and watched the sun set from the water with all our friends. The owner Ted, was very kind to us and had nearly everything we could have needed during our stay. We will 100% be coming back in the future.

I stayed in this riverfront home for one night with my husband and grandson. We didn’t have much time in Brownwood since I was on a business trip so having Stand Up Paddle boards at our fingertips was ideal! We hopped on the SUP’s & cruised the river as soon as we arrived, then washed & dried our river clothes in washer & dryer. We made a fire in the ring with provided wood & grilled. Coffee & snacks were provided. We had a great stay! We hope to be back to stay a lil longer!
