* Clean and spacious apartment in a historic building, right in the heart of Riga. Excellent location.
* Well-equipped kitchen area.
* Small supermarket nearby.
* Sofa-bed was not comfortable.
* The apartment windows face the pedestrian street, with a sports bar directly opposite (the bar also has screens facing the street). So it can get quite noisy at times.

The location was right in the heart of the downtown and off a city square that looked like something out of a fairy tale. And it was teeming with life. There was a grocery store nearby. It was clean. The bathroom was large and clean. There was a washing machine.
A couple fans would have made the stay much more pleasant, both for the air (it was warm out) and to block out the noise from the street and square below.

Overall, the apartment has everything necessary for a stay, however the quality of accommodation left mixed impressions.
The wall near the stove had greasy stains, and the sheet for the second bed had a stain. The second bed itself was very worn out, despite having a mattress topper. The bathroom radiator was not working. There were no extra garbage bags and no detergent for the dishwasher. Both nights there was constant noise outside from drunken groups, which significantly disturbed our rest. On the last day, both cold and hot water were unavailable starting two hours before departure, which caused serious inconvenience. We hope these issues will be addressed to improve the comfort for future guests.
