Firstly, the views! They were amazing as we stayed on the 64th floor with amazing views. All rooms had an amazing view. The apartment was spacious enough for 4 people. Having two separate bathrooms is always a plus when travelling. Kitchen was well appointed with a daily supply of free bottled water. The building is located close to Sea Life Busan, Haeundae main street and the beach. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants at walking distance. You could see the famous capsule trains from your room. Each room was very spacious. Depending on how long you stay, you get a complimentary room cleaning.

The futon bed. It is advertised as a third bed but in reality, is a razor-thin sort of insulation from the floor. Not suitable for sleeping 4 nights. I had to request two additional to make it bearable. This could well easily be replaced with a couch/fold-out-bed combo.

Location.

Smell from sewer in bathrooms, had to turn on fan all day, but it was too loud, had to close the door. Hair dryer is so low quality compared to hotel fare. Sofa is not comfort. Minimal cost maintenance just to enough to get by. Find other places. Only outside building looks nice but when you get inside the unit, you will be disappointed.
