Overall great, modern, luxurious and spacious apartment in a nice location in Kussnacht. Kitchen with all you need, lot's of stuff for the kids. Overall we had a great time with the family.
There is a bar/restaurant downstairs, so you have to keep the bedroom window closed until it is closed. Not a major issue for us.

Heerlijk ruim en modern, hele prettige keuken met volledige uitrusting
Bed was voor mij iets aan de zachte kant

Lavishly designed flat with lots of space and furniture and fittings, we enjoyed our 4 night stay, the lake is a few blocks away our dogs loved the walks around supermarkets, bakery and railway station are in walking distance.
During our stay there is construction work next to the apartment building and during work hours it was a bit noisy but it's ok when the windows are closed

Well appointed, excellent travel links, close to lake, supermarket nearby. Great hosts, good communication, very welcoming. Earplugs are provided due to noise levels, not sure if that’s positive or not…
Very noisy. Immediately above a bar which plays music from 10am - midnight. If windows are open you can smell cigarette smoke and hear the bar/restaurant noise. If windows are closed then the apartment is very warm. No separate bedroom for two guests therefore can be a little challenging with children. Building site immediately next door, which is not identified on the booking page.
