Great location, near a bus stop. Close to Hard Parade and walking distance from University of Portsmouth. The instructions provided by the host were quite helpful i facilitating self check in and out. The host allowed me check out 1 h 30 minutes late because I wasn't feeling well (this was so kind of the host).
The curtain. Please provide a curtain that fully seals the window spaces and light from outside. I felt as if people passing close to the window could see me, especially at night when light inside is on.

The digs was close to every facility I wanted and a lot to choose from especially food outlets all in a short walking distance ..friendly locals and value for money items
No parkin even with permit..I used parking lot across the st for £20 for 2 days pretty reasonable and convenient!.
Bus station railway station and water taxis all im walking distance 300m or less really handy

There were most things you needed and it’s in a good location. Easy check in by lock box.

The room was clean, not quite like the pictures but passable and definitely value for the money. Not too far from the harbour so it was ok. The kitchen was clean. The toilets were clean but did not have toilet rolls!!
So you enter through a back door, the first thing you are welcomed with is the strong odour of rotten trash and bin bags as if you have entered a slum. The smell sticks, it followed everywhere, get in and out of the property- you can’t avoid it. Otherwise, it could have been a far better experience. I had to leave a day early.
