Lovely, quiet place, near pub with great food. Very well equipped. Thank you for fresh eggs. My boys loved the chickens and friendly cat.

Driving out the entrance. I think mirror would be a good idea to see the road.

Super nice compact atudio style accommodation which was very comfortable and had everything you need for a decent weekend away.

Nothing bad to say about little brook, we lived it and would be happy to return

Lovely location Owners friendly, info provided really good, facilities all there, everything you would need.

Nothing

Nice little Kitchen and milk and biscuits and tea and coffee was provided plus kitchen equipment. I had two eggs from the chickens across the way although one of them was cracked..Very near to Budleigh Salterton.

I couldn’t see the tv from the bed and the bed and sofa were a little hard and uncomfortable. The bed would benefit from a mattress topper. I only had two towels so I had to dry the large towel after washing my hair before I could use it to dry myself after showering as I didn’t think to bring a towel with me. The road leading to the property is very narrow and really a one track road so you have to back up to a passing place if a car is coming from the other direction so a bit hair raising to drive back to the property in the dark if you are out late as it is unlit. There is a car parking space but if other cars are parked next to yours it could be difficult to manoeuvre in and out particularly if you have a large car which thankfully I haven’t.
