The property was in a really good location, off of the main road. It was clean and everything worked. If any issues were noticed, the staff sorted them quickly.

Had some issues with cutlery and drying clothes. But after speaking to the staff, they came over and gave us everything we needed.

The furniture was very comfortable and clean. Lovely comfy beds. Very spacious villa. Liked the fact the lounge was away from the bedrooms. Good air con in the main bedroom. The location was excellent for being close to the Prince Charles Hospital. Nice neighbourhood at the driveway side of the property, although quite a congested street with cars, vans and boats parked all along, sometimes making it difficult to get out of the driveway without doing a two point turn. Lovely kitchen but no dishwasher. Lot of bench space. Clean and tidy kitchen.

Very dated entry style. 4 keys required. The garage doors were very out of date and unusable. Couldn't park car in under the house securely. The double glass door in the lounge was not lockable. I reported this within the first hour of arrival. I did not hear back until that evening via email message, stating a handyman will be able to fix it tomorrow (Tuesday). I sent a message back to reply to that email with instructions on when it would suit to no avail. I received umpteen calls trying to organise a handy man. What should have been the property manager's problem became my problem. I was busy caring for my elderly mother who had hospital admissions while we were there and the phone constantly rang asking me when a good time was. I had already emailed back giving them a good time. It became a very inconvenient situation. I asked them to forget about it as it was too stressful to arrange a good time. Therefore, I had no security for 3 nights, so did not sleep well. Also, there were no window coverings on the kitchen window, the dining room windows/doors and the lounge window doors, and no screens. No dish cloth provided, but two tea towels. Couldn't wipe the bench down. The screens that were there had holes in them. No screens on main doors, so couldn't let fresh air in due to bugs and mozzies getting in. Not a very secure property. Felt unsafe. Half-finished as far as securing doors and windows goes.
