Beautifully located in historic village Corenno de Plinio, which feels remote despite its proximity to popular destinations. Direct view to the lake and a medieval castle next door. The apartment is in excellent condition and very functional. The tavern on the ground floor is a very good restaurant (and the only one in the village).
While the overall setting is serene, the road behind the house is quite busy especially on the weekend. It also has no sidewalks and you need to walk on it for at least part of the way to neighboring town Dervio (to Dorio, which also has a train station, there is a beautiful and safe lakeside path that starts just behind the house).

vista sul lago, trattoria nello stesso edificio (si mangia moto bene a prezzi corretti), paese incantevole, tranquillità

This is a very beautiful property, we had the apartment with Lake Como view. Apartment is very similar to pictures. The host was very helpful and attentive to all questions and suggested the right places to go as well. Our apartment was on 2nd floor and there is not lift although we didn't find it troublesome, This seems to be a historic building as the name suggests with a new interior. very good stay indeed.
Nothing bad about it!
