Agentūra kuri atsakinga už šiuos apartamentus negerbia svečių. Kai pastebėjom jog yra vos keli ir visiškai maži rankšluosčiai parašėme jiems. Sako kita diena atvešime rankšluosčiu. Kita diena neatvežė o pasiteiravus kur žadėti rankšluosčiai jau teigia jog negalime nieko padeti. Kam meluoti išvis kad atvešime. Juolab kad klausiau ar nusipirkti savo mum patiem. Tai nepirkome ir laukėm žadėtų rankšluosčių ir buvom apgauti.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, 24th floor with stunning sea views across La Cala. Well furnished both inside and on the massive balcony, and very well equipped, in fact everything we could possibly need, including a nice selection of glasses, and a selection of food freebies and kitchen basics to make us welcome. Comfortable bedrooms, with one with a door that converts it and associated bathroom into a separate area. Excellent for 2 couples. Even had beach chairs, parasols and cosy blankets for sitting out on chillier nights. Only 10-15 walk into the old town, and plenty of friendly bars immediately around the development. Very secure with key fob operated gates and doors and also security guards much in evidence. Several swimming pools but only one open this time of year, and lovely childrens play area. Helpful and responsive staff available by phone.

Unfortunately we had to collect the keys from an office over the other side of town off the Levante, which will require a taxi ride before you can gain access. So plan for this. Also, although Márk in the office was very friendly and helpful, the list of charges posted in the apartment for losing wristbands, towels etc was a bit off-putting.

Amazing luxury apartment with spectacular sea views. Well equipped and fabulous finish throughout. 24th floor and felt like a Dubai apartment, who knew that you could get this standard in Benidorm?

Nothing not like about the property however key collection is in downtown Benidorm 2 miles away, not a problem for us as we had our own transport. Pool and security staff at the property left a lot to be desired. They were impolite and unhelpful (quite aggressive at times) particularly to the British and non residents. I have rated a 10 as this is not the fault of the property owners and will hopefully improve!
