Above Hotels

Room was lovely and all all the added extras was excellent. Shower was amazing .

Was unable to get in carpark due to someone else's very inconsiderate parking. Was kept awake by a couple arguing outside at 2.30am

one of the best hotel I've stayed at. the room was brilliant, it had everything, good coffee, soft drinks, chips, water, etc. it was quite big and clean room.

the internet was a bit slow.

I had a fantastic stay at Above Hotels Burnley as a lone female traveller attending a wedding party. The location is very central, and the secure parking was a real bonus. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, with secure coded entry points and clear, concise details provided for check-in and access. All the information I needed about my check-in and stay was sent ahead of my arrival, which made everything very straightforward. My room was exceptionally large, clean and incredibly well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, with great pillows, and the lighting was excellent. There were plenty of sockets, including USB and USB-C ports, plus multiple mirrors which was really convenient. The complimentary mini fridge was well stocked with soft drinks, and the refreshment tray included a pod coffee machine and biscuits – lovely touches that made the room feel really welcoming. Honestly, there was nothing not to like. Everything had been well thought out, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I simply missed the exit code for the car park gates, which is displayed at the reception door touch point. It may be worth including this in the guest information pack, but it was only a very minor point.

Modern, ideal for friend groups staying

The bathroom didn’t have a window so was quite smelly, the drain needed properly cleaning.
