La atencion del staff, la comodidad de la habitacion, el estado pulcro de todo el hotel, el wifi
El desyuno puede ser mejor. Esta bien, pero puede ser mejor. Sobre todo en los pastries.

We had a wonderful experience at Royal Beach Hotel Punta Cana.
We would especially like to thank Gabriel for his outstanding service. He was very professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the check-in process smooth and easy.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. It had everything we needed for our stay, and we felt safe and well taken care of throughout our visit.
Thank you, Gabriel, and the entire hotel team for your excellent hospitality. We truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism. We highly recommend this hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clean, functional. Good breakfast.
Weirdly empty. No beach access. Stranded on a busy road with little access to anything.
