Great property in a great location
Some pillows replaced with folded blankets and the pillows we had were super hard. Was fine though as we used cushions instead.

Sehr großer Aufenthaltsraum und gut ausgestattete Küche!

Really good quirky decor, they really have put a lot of thought into the small details to make it Alice in Wonderland themed, from the glass stained window over the front door, the pictures, the rooms individually themed, the tea cup stools in the dining room.
Exceptionally clean, cleaners come every day and fully clean the kitchen and toilets.
Well equipped kitchen.
Excellent location, bus stop at the end of the road, shops, bars and the beach within a few minutes walk.
Much more calmer area than the main Brighton area but just a 15 walk away, or 5 minute bus ride.
Our room was a little small, the Alice room. Bit right for two people and luggage for a week.
I spoke with the owners though and they usually rent out the entire building, they have only just started with renting individual rooms
