The property was well situated on a flat part of Brixham so there were no hills to contend with on the way down into the town or back
The only negative was not so much about the property, but it was located right on the High Street so there was a lot of noise starting at around 5 am when the shops were beginning to open and stock up

Location was very good . Bed very comfy .
Noise from high street , communal area needed vacuuming and carpet was stained so bad first impression. Need a bath Matt as very slippy when having shower and the twin bedroom needs a mirror .
