Management feels a bit unprofessional. If you would like a check-in before 4 PM, they will charge you depending on the time you would like to check in. The cleaners showed up before the checkout time and stood outside of the gate watching us load our car at 10:35 AM which felt very awkward. There are two cats that come with the house and you are expected to feed them. They are well behaved outdoor cats, but the management company purchased a different food after the initial food ran out, and the cats refused to eat it, which caused a bit of stress. The directions they give you on the automatic check-in are not accurate and let down a very narrow Scary path on the opposite side of the street. Then we ask for Google coordinates since their address was incorrect. That was also inaccurate. Ask for the Google coordinates and then know it is on the opposite side of the street. If you have a large car, you will never be able to make it up the very narrow path or pull in the gate. When you pull out, it is on a blind turn so cars are coming quickly around the corner so make sure a family member is on the street watching for traffic. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was adequate. The Wi-Fi worked well. The main issue was messages from a management company trying to charge you for extra things, not giving you adequate information, and then surprising you with a cleaning to-do list the day before checkout. If you are packing up your car with your family and paying a cleaning fee is it necessary to pack the trash bags into the car and take it down the street and dispose of it. Can’t the cleaning crew who will show up early do that and have it included in the fee? We’ve even stayed for a week previously in this house, and they still would not let us check in at 3 PM without paying a fee even though the house was cleaned and empty with no tenant checking out that day. It is not a humane way to do business.

Man weiß gar nicht, wo man bei diesem einzigartigen und wunderschönen Haus anfangen soll. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert. Die Lage ist traumhaft – ruhig gelegen und gleichzeitig ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung von Menton und die Côte d’Azur zu erkunden. Das Haus selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die beiden geschmackvoll eingerichteten Schlafzimmer bieten Komfort und sorgen für erholsame Nächte. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Aufenthalt wünschen kann. Ein großzügiger Ess-/Wohnbereich rundet alles ab und überall sorgen Klimaanlagen für ein gutes Gefühl. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der außergewöhnliche Garten. Hinter jeder Ecke eröffnen sich neue Perspektiven, wunderschöne Ausblicke und liebevoll gestaltete Plätze zum Verweilen. Man genießt die Ruhe und die besondere Atmosphäre dieses Ortes. Wir haben hier unvergessliche Tage verbracht und uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Wer eine besondere Unterkunft in der Nähe von Menton sucht, wird kaum etwas Schöneres finden und dabei auch herzliche und hilfreiche Gastgeber bekommen.
