Muchas gracias !
No hubo nada que no me gustara.

The location, in the heart of Les Marais
Very quiet and modern kitchen appliances
Located at the third floor, no lift - tricky with luggage and pram. Very narrow stairs
The property was not very clean upon arrival
Terrible customer service
The 2 representatives ignored us completely. We attempted to ring them about 8 times for keys issues and cleaning problems and no answer. After hours of contacting them we finally managed and they provided some cleaning services the day after.
We rang again the day before the departure for some enquires and again no answer Nd never rang back
Really poor customer service
Don’t recommend
