It was a very comfortable house which was well equipped with everything we needed for our week’s stay. Has a good view of the sea from upstairs lounge.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the house except the walk back up the hill from the town (1/2 hour walk from centre of Lerwick) which we did a few times at the start of the holiday when we didn’t have a car but once we hired a car it wasn’t an issue.

Lovely homely house on the edge of Lerwick.
Everything as per photos and description. Great view of harbour area from upstairs communal room.
30 mins walk/5 mins drive to town centre. Also readily accessible for driving elsewhere without going through town.
Car not essential, but would strongly recommend. Location is 30 mins walkable, but would be grim in continuous bad weather.

Very comfortable, clean, warm, and plenty of space, with everything you’d need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Also our hosts were extremely accommodating regarding our check-in and check-out
You need a car to get into town, besides that, nothing
