Fantastic location. Comfortable size living room and kitchen. Clean modern bathroom.
The deliveries to the coop below at 6am can wake those sleeping in the living room. The sofa bed is also a little uncomfortable. Though the chair bed was very comfortable.

Great location - loads of restaurants, bars, niche shops and the Castle and Priory. Tynemouth Station was a 5 minute walk for the Metro and the weekend covered market.
Apartment layout and soundproofing were good.
The provided parking permit (in a pouch on the back of the apartment door) was appreciated.
Wifi strength was strong.
Probably just us, but we couldn't get the Nespresso machine to work (I'm a coffee addict).
There was no hot water on our second day so no showers before checking out.
We hadn't realised there is a steep flight of stairs up to the apartment. There's a good handrail though.
