Great location for the apartment, with a bus stop right outside the door and the metro within a 10-minute walk. The key handover was done via a code, and if arriving earlier, the host would welcome you in person. The facilities were sufficient, and the bed was comfortable. As mentioned by others, the neighbors were sometimes quite loud. However, you have to keep in mind that the apartment is located in a residential building where you are a guest. The noise did not bother us and did not prevent us from sleeping. The area was also described as unsafe, but we could not confirm this. The residents we met were always friendly as well.
