Very spacious apartment and clean, with everything I could want. Nice comfortable bed - my best night’s sleep in Yerevan. The hosts were friendly and welcoming - and very efficient with sending maps pins and information 😃 There’s a big 24 hour supermarket 5 mins walk away which was very helpful

I had an exceptional experience staying at the Griboyedov Street Flat in Yerevan! The apartment was spotless and clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in and providing great local recommendations. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. Overall, this flat exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan. I will definitely book again on my next trip!
