It was super warm and comfortable

Location was wonderful. Views were excellent.
The property needs maintenance.
The yard was overgrown and there are plumbing issues.
There was evidence of a previous leak and water dripped from the ceiling in the bottom floor bathroom.

Great location for walks - a tad far from town to walk home after a meal
The TV indicated apps that weren't actually available - A note indicating this would have helped in our planning to watch Rugby Test.
