We were happy here. The place is super quite, the beach is really close, not more than 100m as the name of the house suggest (the beach is not so nice compared to the other beaches you can find around, but it's definitely not bad at all). We found all we needed for a 1 week stay with 2 kids (6 and 9yrs). Great locations for eploring the Sassari zone- there are so many POI around (30-60mins by car). I would come again without hesitation.
In late April/early May it was kind of chilly in the apartment. But during a hot summer, this will be an advantage!
