Casa carinissima e pulitissima, ottimi spazi, non manca nulla. Ben organizzata. Lavatrice, phon.. Posizione comoda sia per la città sia per il mare (vicino a più spiagge) Io consiglio di avere l'auto, ma anche con mezzi potete raggiungere il centro e/o le diverse spiagge e paesi limitrofi.

Il parcheggio è sempre difficile, ma non impossibile!!

Hot water enough for 1 person to shower and 1.5 person if your lucky 3rd floor with no lift minimal essentials - no shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen oil Kettle can take 5-10 minutes to boil Contant construction work in the area with very noisy street - bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper Need to empty the aircon water in the balcony daily if you use it more that couple of hour, bins need sorting and taking down depending on the day. Cannot use more than 2 appliance's at the same time which triggers the mains which is on the building entrance

The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with two bedrooms, a large living room, a huge terrace, two air conditioners, and a fan, making it perfect for a family or a longer stay. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. There was always enough hot water during our summer stay, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. The bakery across the street is fantastic, and there is also a mini market, pharmacy, and other essential shops just a few steps away. The local people were incredibly kind and welcoming, even if they didn’t speak English. We highly recommend visiting Addaura Beach (bus 614, then 603 or 86) and Isola delle Femmine, especially Zara Beach, which has a great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Palermo is also worth visiting—you can reach the city center by taking bus 614 and then 101.

The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, which can be difficult with heavy luggage. Mondello Beach is about a 30-minute walk away, and we strongly recommend renting a car because public transportation is unreliable and buses are often delayed. The apartment does not provide basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, or shower gel, so be prepared to buy them. The coffee machine and electric kettle did not work during our stay. Also, be careful not to use too many electrical appliances at once, as the power can trip, although it is easy to reset.

Stylish, cosy, comfortable. There was a nice grocery shop and bakery just next to it. A lot of restaurants and fresh fruits and vegetables to buy around. People around are super friendly and chill - they create a great Sicilian vibe. We loved the retro music that was played outside by a charming neighbour. The Mondello beach is amazing. Clean, sandy, a lot of facilities and great food 👌🏼🤌🏼

Streets are full of trash, if it matters to you. We spent there 7 days and it was always the same - just such an area. Motorbikes and cars are driving on the same street pretty loud at night. A bit too long walk to the beach but for this money I would not complain. The taxi is very cheap.
