Location...centrally located in Seaham & able to use public transport to participate in the Great North Run
Dog friendly
Clean, comfortable, & quiet. Parking close by
As previous reviews have said, the macerator is noisy & randomly starts up during the night. Contractor was due to attend to sort this so owner is aware & trying to sort

Kettle, cups and a couple of 3 in 1 coffee sachets and biscuits.
Noisy toilet macerator, going off randomly not even when using the toilet.

Easy access to the room, great location, good for parking..
Couldn't get tv to work( left a message, no reply..)
Shower leaked, a fan would have been nice.
