The property belonged to a real family and it's huge: 140sqm. 3 bedrooms, 1 living + kitchen; 1 small room for kids to play, 2 bathrooms; 1 technical room; balcony surrounding the rooms. The view is towards football field and sea is visible in the distance .It's in a quiet location, if no party is being thrown at the nearby bar. You need 40mins to walk to beach if no car. Parking places can be found nearby. Wifi is good, pass written on the router. One air-conditioning in the living room, none in the bedrooms- terribly hot during summer. No blankets on the beds, but so hot, who needs . The owners have left all inside (toys; pots; spices) and just left/ rented via an agency which has other thousands properties to lend.

This is a real home of someone who spent time making knittings, pictures, decorations, making it functional and then packing everything and leaving. It looks as if it had not been lived for some time, things fall apart: floor, shower, beds, wardrobe doors. A pity! I have seen the old plate with the Appartment name (direct owner) probably it didn't work out. Wish you better days!
