Sem duvida alguma é um Paraiso este hotel, tudo perfeito, desde a transfer do aeroporto, passando pela recepção, pela os empregadas de limpeza, restaurante não esquecendo tambem o transfer para Chora. Foram 4 dias fantasticos

Infelizmente o tempo muito ventoso não ajudou mas nada tem haver com o Hotel, muito vento e forte,

Pros: The facilities and grounds are stunning! The beach access is amazing, the water is crystal clear. We loved jumping off the dock! The sunset was beautiful from our room, the pool and the beach. The free shuttle pickup at the ferry port and drop off to the airport were great as Uber is expensive in Mykonos. 36 euros no matter where you are going.. and we were there in the "off" season. The evening shuttle into the town centre was also convenient. The first drop off time was 6pm so I think in the later months like October when the sun is setting earlier, there should be an earlier drop off time so that you don't miss the sunset entirely. The drop off for the shuttle is on the opposite side of the old port so it is quite a walk into the town to see the sunset from little venice. By the time we arrived, the sun was already set. The breakfast is included and is delicious, there was a lot of selection.

Cons: The pool and hottub are not heated so we couldn't really use either. We were there in the beginning of October so it would have been great to be able to use a heated hottub. After checking into our room, we called to ask if we could upgrade to a jacuzzi suite. We were told that none were available on our first night but that something should be available on our second night and we would receive a phone call. We never heard from anyone after that and stayed in our smaller room for all 5 nights. We could tell that a lot of the rooms were being closed up for the off season. Our other hotels in Greece provided champagne on arrival and special touches as we were celebrating our honeymoon, we received no special added touches at this hotel. Some of the restaurants and bars and beach clubs that we wanted to visit were already closed for the year. The concierge woman told us not to go to Paradise Beach because all of the beach clubs were closed already but that was not true.. we went to Tropicana and had a great day. The shuttle driver Jeorges does not speak very good english so when my husband was trying to help another family get on the bus early (because they booked for a later shuttle) but ours was full, he was quite rude to him even though my husband was just trying to help the other family. We believe it was because of a language barrier.

Wonderful breakfast selection in an ocean facing room.Gluten free options available. The 3 pools were fantastic. Shaded lounge chairs were surrounding the pools. The private beach was nice. restaurant staff and cleaners were very friendly.

The bathroom was dated. The concierge lady was overwhelmed with work, the wait was long and she was rude. Shuttle bus isnt big enough to transport enough passengers forcing you to book expensive taxi’s. Drivers of shuttles/ busses are rude and argue with each other in front of guests. This hotel was fantastic, the look , food and facilities are great but the staff were not friendly and made it very awkward and unpleasant.

I recommend Saint John...the location exceeded expectations.Delicious breakfast, very friendly staff, an infinity pool with a superb view. Our room had a superb view of the sea. The private beach with sunbeds, 4 restaurants with delicious food... Everything is superlative... very accessible and close to the center of Mykonos, airport transfer... Definitely one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in... Score 10!

dirty bed sheets stained with blood during our first night, they have a VERY slow service especially golf car request, concierge was not that helpful

Fabulous presentation, character and clean and spacious. Excellent facilities, pool beach, spa, gym and service. Wonderful staff.

Everything was outstanding from the pool to the private beach the food the staff and the cleanliness!!

I can’t fault the property!!!

Stunning hotel, spacious rooms, large infinity pool, great poolside food, easy access to the ocean and very attentive staff, especially the concierge staff!
