Location was perfect. I liked there were two separate bathrooms.

There was tons of dust and rubbish under the bed. There was nothing to clean the floors with. I had a crawling baby and a toddler and we were there for 5 days so naturally there was dust, hair and crumbs all around. I simple dust bin and brush would have been sufficient to help us clean. Also an additional set of bin bags and a sponge for the sink would have been appreciated.

Posizione centrale, nei pressi della Sinagoga e mezzi pubblici. Diversi locali nelle vicinanze. Un deposito bagagli proprio di fronte (e’ una lavanderia con personale aperta fino alle 22.00, i bagagli sono chiusi in una stanza, ma necessita la preventiva prenotazione). Abbastanza silenzioso (4 piano nel nostro caso).

Nulla, l’appartamento rispondeva nel cortile interno e qualche volta si sentiva il cucinato di un ristorante sottostante.

The apartment is in a very convenient and lively area, with many good restaurants and interesting places nearby. It is also very central and close to the main tourist areas, which made getting around Budapest very easy. I also really liked how modern, pleasant and well kept the apartment felt. The decoration was nice, the beds were comfortable, the sofa was good, the windows were solid, and the apartment in general had very good facilities. Everything looked quite new and in good condition, which made it a very comfortable place to stay.

The main downside was the street noise, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, when there was a lot of nightlife activity nearby. This became more of a problem on warmer days because the bedroom did not have air conditioning or any effective cooling system. The apartment seemed to rely mainly on underfloor heating, which was fine for heating but did not help to cool the room. As a result, we often had to choose between keeping the windows open for ventilation and dealing with the street noise, or closing them and feeling too warm. There were also a few minor maintenance issues. The shower hose was too short, so when the handheld shower was raised, the hose bent and restricted the water flow. This meant it could not be positioned high enough to shower comfortably, especially for a taller person, and I sometimes had to bend down to use it properly. The dishwasher also seemed to have a problem and was not working correctly.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, I have never had a couch as the main bed in a hotel, wouldn’t stay again
