Staff were fabulous! Arrived with a rough plan and they assisted in streamlining our ideas to maximise our limited time here. Food and Gelato recommendations were great, away from the tourist traps. Couldn't have been more welcoming.
Facilities were lovely, coffee every morning.
Rooms were really comfortable and Aircon worked a treat, we had a back room so no noise from the front.

Ascensore piccolino, accessibile solo dopo aver salito qualche gradino

The reception staff were so friendly and helpful during our stay. They gave us a map marked with must see places to visit and also recommendations on transport and eating out. Nothing was too much trouble.
