On the positive side, the location is excellent, we received a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, and the kitchen is very well equipped.
The apartment was not very clean — the floor was dirty, and we found hair on the sofa and in the bathroom.
There were three of us, and we needed bedding for the sofa. We only found a blanket and a pillow, and when we asked for an extra set, the response on WhatsApp was very slow, and the reply on Booking was actually quite rude.
Eventually, they told us where to find the linens in the apartment, but we had to stay in touch with them for most of the day to sort it out.

"The apartment was very spacious, bigger than we expected. The kitchen was very well equiped, even had a waffle maker! The location was great, we had recycle and garbage bins right around the corner,..."
