Location, cleanliness and communication. Problems were solved instantly and efficiently. House was clean and well-equipped. Beds were comfortable.
There was air-conditioning only at the first floor of the house. Upstairs with majority of the bedrooms only had portable fan units and got quite hot during daytime.

My kids and me had a great time and loved the house. Clean, comfortable, has everything needed for a decent holiday. The owners are especially charming. Thank you for everything.
Plastic grass, only 1 knife, old used grill grids and lack of sweepers for the house and garden. - just small things easy to compensate.
