Sizing was ideal for family of 6.
No ladder for kids to get on top bunk- we made do by my 8 year old using stall from dinning table to get himself up and down.
There was a dirty tissue when making the double bed and crisp packets and used plasters under the cushions when getting out the sofa bed in living room.
Also hair on shower walls.
However we did see beyond this and enjoyed our stay.

Location good . Enjoyed Holland-on-sea beaches (Attractive bays)and then having the lifeguards on Martello beach in Clacton . Handy bus stops right by Valley Farm entrance. Great airshows.
