Very reasonable price.
The place is spacious enough for 2-4 persons.
Some minimarts and shops nearby.
10 minutes to train station.
No elevator.
Narrow bathroom.

price wise is good. location also quite convenient can reach train station and shopping malls easily. like the small kitchen with all the utensils needed can let us experience a different japan by buying the ingredient at the aeon right around the corner.
need to climb 3 floors with narrow staircase, will be inconvenient with elderly. toilet too small easily hit things around.
