The room was big and clean. There is a 24 hour shop at the bottom of the building. Its close to the airport. Friendly, helpful staff.
The address and name of the property is incorrect. Its called JCAL Condo, so the taxi drivers get confused finding the place. When we did find it, there is no sign on the building so it makes it even more confusing to find. The location is close to the airport and seemed ok during the day but I probably wouldn’t walk around at night, not that there’s anything to do around there anyway. Didn’t see many eating options nearby.

Nothing. Everything is well managed

It’s near PITX, NAIA, MOA, generally all the nice leisure places in Pasay. The apartments are big.
The room we stayed in smelled like some previous tenants have been smoking there. Also the door knob of the bathroom was broken, and there was no water heater for coffee. The wifi doesn’t have consistent internet connection, The towels have residue sticking on the skin after you use it, but generally the place was of good value for money. The staff were nice as well.
