Great location, clean, looks new - as in, recently built/renovated

Check-in was a bit of a hassle; we had to provide quite a bit of info beforehand and then also do more steps (e.g. take pics of passport, record a video) when we arrived. We also booked the room for 3, third person's bed being a couch. We had to make up this bed ourselves + it was very short. I'm 165 cm and barely fit.

This was one of my favourite places to stay in my first trip to Japan, out of the 5 types of accommodation I stayed in (including 4* and 5* hotels). The apartment was easy to get to from Haneda airport and I found the Metro really convenient to explore Tokyo, more in particular: Nakameguro, Daikanyamacho, Shimokitazawa, Shibuya, Shinjuku and Ginza. In the second part of my trip I stayed near Kappabashidogugai St and I really missed the apartment. I would have rather travel more and return to Ken's place. The place itself was spacious and super clean. The bed was comfy, the shower had good pressure. I only used the fridge to store some water but it looked brand new and super big. I did not try the appliances (the washing machine looked efficient). The entrance to the building was easy and there is a small lift to go up with the suitcase.

Nothing to mention. If I had to choose something I would say that the duvet was too hot for that time of the year (I slept with the aircon off).
