Nice hotel with amazing location. Very close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li and overall easy to get around. Staff was welcoming, there is a laundry service which was very useful for me and the breakfast was very good. Fantastic shower.
there was no outside facing window but that was mentioned at the booking, so all was good.

Location was good and the room was clean and comfortable. We did have to request a new room as the original one we had smelled strongly of smoke when we requested a non-smoking room. The staff however were quick to provide us with a new room and we had no further issues. Breakfast has a good selection and they provide free laundry services which was fantastic. Overall a good stay and would recommend this or stay again in visiting Chengdu.

Wash machines for self service or the staff could do pick up - wash - dry - back to your room service
Very disappointed with the room which had different levels of floor surface. My wife almost be tripped over when we first walked in. We did see people smoking in toilets, stairways, corridors …. I was mostly impressed by seeing people using hands to pick up prepared (cleaned) fruits from the bowls on the buffet table.
