Fisherman's Cove is a very rare Siesta Key condo where every unit has direct, unobstructed, full Gulf views. The building is one of the closest condos to the Gulf on all of Siesta Key. You could throw a tennis ball into the gulf from this Siesta Key beachfront condo! Located at Turtle Beach on the island of Siesta Key off Sarasota, Florida, this vacation home has the best of both worlds - the beach in front and boat docks with access to the Intracoastal Waterway in back. Fisherman's Cove is practically surrounded by water! While not as powdery white as Crescent (Siesta) Beach, it is less crowded and great for collecting shells. NOTE: Because of minimal beach directly in front, access to the beach is at the north end of the property at Turtle Beach (see end of gallery for recent pics).
This spectacular unit is on the third floor, accessible using the elevator or outside stairwell. This unit has been thoroughly updated and professionally styled, including new furniture and furnishings. It has modern tile flooring, and completely renovated kitchen and baths, making it arguably the nicest 3-bedroom unit at Fisherman's Cove. The kitchen has granite countertops with glass tile and tumbled marble backsplash, and modern appliances including refrigerator with through the door ice/water, glass top range and oven, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped including a range of small appliances and an espresso machine. The dining area has seating for six and is located right off the kitchen. The living room is well appointed with couch and loveseat, accent chair, large flat panel HDTV and an amazing view out to the lanai and the Gulf. Both bathrooms are all new - recently completely renovated with modern glass tile walls and tile floors, serenity slider shower doors, all new fixtures, and more! The air-conditioned lanai has floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the beach below.
Sleep at night with the ocean surf right outside your window! The master bedroom has a bay window overlooking the Gulf and beach below. It has a king-size bed, large HDTV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a large tiled shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Additionally, two twin self-inflating/deflating aerobeds are provided that can be placed wherever you choose. The second and third bedrooms have flat panel HDTVs, and each have a large window overlooking the bay and boat docks. These bedrooms share a full bath with tiled shower.
This unit has its own dedicated high-speed broadband WIFI. This unit also comes equipped with a full size washer/dryer. Boat docks are available for guest use at no extra charge!! Bring your boat or rent one after you get here. Keep it right at the condo all week long. (Note; trailers cannot be stored on site)
Fisherman's Cove is located less than 25 minutes from Sarasota airport, 90 minutes from Tampa, and two and a half hours from Orlando. Tons of great restaurants and golf courses are nearby.
Fisherman's Cove is on the southern end of Siesta Key at Turtle Beach and is very quiet and un-crowded. The view is to the west for spectacular sunsets! It's not unusual to be able to watch dolphins swim by in the Gulf from the lanai / patio.

The pictures of the expansive beach in front of the building on the Gulf side are no longer accurate and should not be advertised as such. There is a 40 foot beach or so with freshly dumped white soft sand in front with new stair walks down to go swimming in between a rock wall. This all happened after the pictures were taken in the hurricane. It is a quiet and friendly atmosphere with people fishing off the beach all day. The views from the 3rd floor are spectacular with the type of sunsets you remember. My unit unfortunately did not come prepared with enough or any dishwasher detergent, sponges for the sink, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent which was annoying and underwhelming for my expectation for a weekly rental. The building itself has made a great comeback, pretty landscaping, boat slips on the inter-coastal behind, and I would come back here.

We really liked this 3 bedroom condo at Fishermans Cove. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need to do some cooking or grilling. The beds were comfortable, lots of towels and beach chairs. The weather wasn't very nice so we were very glad to have such a great condo when we couldn't go to the beach.

If u are looking for a quiet place where you can see the sunset even from the balcony or from the masetero bedroom, this is the perfect place. The beach is incredible calm and hot, there weren’t many people so basically we bathed in from of the apartment alone and we could see my dad who is older from the balcony since he didn’t want to bathe so much. The apartment with 3 room and 2 bath was perfect for my family, it has everything we needed, clean and comfortable. Very close they have kayaks to rent, we rented 2 times and in them we passed in from of the building where we rent and go around some island not to far away and see nature and animals the water is shallow and calm perfect for kayaking it was the most we liked. We only had one inconvenience, we had to evacuate for 2 days due to hurricane Idalia because the apartment is in zone A which always evacuate, so if you travel from afar have a plan B because it is mandatory to leave in case of storm, something very common in Florida. For the rest, everything was wonderful. I also want to highlight that the people on-site association office despite not being managers of the unit we rent because the hosts are in Texas, they were very kind and took the time to talk to us and guide us through the evacuation and also to return they gave us their phone number and they told us when was the best time to return because there were floods in some parts. I really love the place and highly recommended it.
