Located in Buenos Aires, this welcoming apartment brings it all within your reach. Santa Fe Avenue is an easy 7-minute walk away and Alto Palermo Shopping Center is also a quick 15-minute walk away. Check out other neighborhoods and see more of Buenos Aires by hopping on a metro at either Córdoba Station, a short 8-minute walk away, or Aguero Station, 9 minutes away.
After you return, you can unwind by the heated pool or sip a drink on the balcony; you may also like the outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

We really enjoyed our stay. First time that I’m thinking about going back. Big apartment, enough space to sleep, relax, eat and work. Really appreciated the localization. Santiago, the host, answers quickly to your questions, via WhatsApp.

My wife and I stayed here for two months. The location is residential and quite good - close enough to things to be convenient, far enough from tourists to be inexpensive. We made regular use of the small kitchen in preparing simple meals and the internet connectivity was "good enough" most of the time. The building is on the "right" side of the city so it isn't subject to rolling blackouts and outages which are common in the south end.
Complaints would be that the property and furnishings are older than the photos, but not old enough to be an issue, and the air conditioning really needs to be serviced/cleaned. Otherwise we had a lovely stay and would likely repeat.
