Nice clean non smoking, pet hair free, non-allergenic HUGE 2 bdrm apartment on the 2nd floor close to downtown and water front. Gorgeous Italian tiles and quartz counters. Living room, separate TV rm, Dining room, walk-in closet in both bedrooms. Complete full kitchen. All new appliances and furniture. rom Lido Beach, 1 mile to Ringling museum and Airport. We provide free Roku TV service, basic amenities like small container and coffee, tea, 2 rolls paper towels and toiletries, shampoo / conditioner samples, and sugar packets. We are located next to a Publix grocery store for anything you may need! WE LOVE our guests and are completely serviced by the OWNER! Not a management company. The location is perfect.If you are a gourmet and want to cook and bake,the kitchen is not well equipped.

I highly recommend this property and I am very picky. Everything about it was perfect. It is newly renovated and beautifully done. Clean, lines, minimal and very calming. Plenty of light and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped even with coffee and condiments. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the living room furniture. The bedrooms were large and there was even a TV room with sofa and a sun room. There is a designated parking spot. There is a Publix within walking distance and a park around the corner and a large parking lot/park across the main road which is right on the water. It is only 8 min drive from the airport and less than a 5 minute drive to the Marina. You can even walk it. Perfect quiet location close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was very modern and the beds were very comfortable, however the place was not very clean and the communication with Owner/manager was very poor.
