As expected, property is old but clean. Throw pillows and other spots need updating, especially the sofa. Gorgeous view and easy access to the beach. Comfortable king bed. After leaving card and 200 deposit at King and Prince, bar in the lobby still would not accept charges. Also, management has closed all access to the pool except through the lobby—awkward to walk through in swimwear where others are dressed and having a meal. Beach is a great place to walk in both directions with pretty homes overlooking the water. We returned to the island for this long weekend after several years of visiting the Gulf. Of course, the brown, murky water is not that clear turquoise we love when on the Panhandle, but we still enjoyed our stay. Warning to those who have never been to St. Simons: It is very hot and there are gnats and mosquitos, so take bug spray and plenty of 50 sunscreen.

Loved the ocean view and King and Prince resort. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. There were no issues and the place is as advertised! We will stay there again!!!

Mattress covers were very dirty. Stains on foam topper and Mattress. These problems were on the twin beds. My friend made pictures of the mattress but I don’t have them. It was a lovely condo other than the dirty mattresses
