THE GROUND FLOOR
Let’s start our tour on the ground floor, where your private front door located on a beautiful mews opens directly into an open plan living and dining area, all of which, like the rest of the house, has been decorated and furnished to impress.
What was once the garage has been beautifully and seamlessly incorporated into this bright and attractive reception room, which features all the creature comforts of home - sofa, armchairs and dining table included. You also have a smart television with access to the major streaming apps, so you can watch your favourite series and host movie nights right here in the house (popcorn is available in local shops!). Also, on this level a handy cloakroom with WC and wash basin.
THE BASEMENT
Heading downstairs takes you to the first of the 5 bedrooms, this one with an ensuite bathroom, and plenty of storage space for bags and belongings.
The kitchen is also down on this lower level, and is packed with appliances and storage space, so you’ll have all you need to self-cater during your stay in London. The truly unique church-style glass window in the kitchen is one of this home’s many unique features you’re sure to treasure. There’s also more seating down here for casual eating and drinking occasions such as breakfasts, coffee breaks and snacks.
Next to the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer and dryer giving you the means to keep your clothes clean throughout your stay, so you can stay smart and impress clients if you’re in London on business. or just keep wearing that favourite top of yours over and over again!
THE FIRST FLOOR
Two more bedrooms are located on the first floor, one with an ensuite. Both bedrooms are presented in a manner that befits the grand nature of the house, with best quality mattresses and bedding used in all beds throughout the house. The ensuite features a separate bathtub and walk-in shower unit, along with WC, bidet and wash basin. The second bedroom on this level is another double overlooking the front of the property, and benefits from a Juliette balcony from where you can take in views of the wonderfully quaint and quiet cobbled mews.
THE SECOND FLOOR
Home to the final two of the 5 bedrooms, there’s another ensuite on this upper level, this one with a bathtub, and another double bedroom. There’s also a second bathroom with a shower cubicle offering guests another option when it comes to getting ready to go out for the day or evening.

10/10 — highly recommend this property. The space was incredibly spacious, and the rooms were very comfortable. Even with nine people, it never felt crowded, and the home had all the amenities we needed. Vincenzo was exceptionally accommodating, kindly offering an early check-in and late check-out, and was always easy to communicate with. The property felt very safe and was perfectly located. It’s just a short walk to the Tube, making it extremely easy to get around. It’s in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood just off a nice street filled with great restaurants and a charming pub. There’s also a fantastic little grocery market right around the corner that had everything we needed, and a larger one within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and were so happy to have found this place for the holidays. We would definitely stay here again!

Our host Vincenzo was very accommodating and responsive, which we really appreciated. The house was in a perfect (and lovely) location. It was a great place for our large family to stay during our visit.

On the positive side... host was a great communicator, property was spacious and location was excellent. On the not so positive or negative side... the pictures are NOT representative of the house. They are "mostly accurate" and not false per se, but they're strategically taken to not show the undesirable parts of the house. Biggest gripe is the house wasn't well maintained... carpet throughout the house in upper levels was VERY dirty with stains showing throughout. Other biggest issue on the house was the bathroom situation. Huge plus to have 5 bathrooms however, one shower on top floor didn't allow for water temperature control. One shower on lowest level didn't have shower attachment on wall or ceiling (had to hold the nozzle in the tub). Again, lots to like but this stay left a sour taste in my mouth for the price.
