The house has a full kitchen, family room, living room with a wood burning fireplace, dining room, master bedroom with a private bathroom, two guest bedrooms that share a main bath with a jetted tub. (There is now an additional Master Suite that can be rented for $30/day+$40 cleaning fee) To add this room contact owner after booking.
Close to grocery stores and restaurants.
25 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City.
Bus service to ski resorts within walking distance.
A one-minute drive puts you at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon on your way to Snowbird and Alta ski resorts. A few miles farther will take you to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon home to Solitude and Brighton ski resort. Skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, and more! The resorts of Park City are only 30 minutes away via I-215 and I-80.
The house is in an ideal location for you to enjoy everything the canyons have to offer.

Everything was great. Only complaint, upstairs bathtub jets did not work. But the jetted tub in the basement more than made up for that :). Would highly recommend. Very spacious. Great location. Beds were very comfortable.

We had a great stay in this place. It's 1 mile outside of the Little Cottonwood Canyon. It takes only less than 20 mins to Alta or Snowbird. There is a supermarket (Smith's) 1 mile down and many hiking trails within 1 mile of the house. This means we can avoid the annoying city traffic while enjoy all the benefits the city can offer - beautiful mountain scenery, easy drive to mountains, and convenient access to the shopping center. The house itself is very comfortable. I enjoyed cooking in the bright kitchen and loved the clean style of the main bathroom. My husband loved the fact that we can park our car in the garage. He also enjoyed waxing our skis and grill food on the deck. The house is located in a nice and established neighbor(Granite). We enjoyed the suburban setting, which is so different from the urban living on the East Coast. The host is very responsive whenever we have a question. We'd stay there longer but the house was already booked by someone else. It's not luxury living but VERY comfortable and homey.
